Consumer Confidence Solid

Consumer confidence readings are solid but off highs early in the year, to 40.7 for the weekly consumer comfort index for a 4 tenths gain from the prior week which was the low for the year. Watch for the consumer sentiment index tomorrow which is also expected to post a small gain.
