Pending home sales dropped slightly in February but are still well above last year's levels. The Small Business Authority, announced the release of the SB Authority Index for February 2012 reaching 111.18 points. The SB Authority Index is up .71% from January 2012. Quarter by quarter, small businesses outperformed large firms in net job creation nearly three out of four times from 1992 through 2010 when private-sector employment rose, according to the Office of Advocacy's Small Business Economy 2011, released today.
