Same Store Retail Sales Show Strong Growth

A 5.0 percent rate of annual growth for same-store sales is very strong and, in data for the November 9 week, is sandwiched between 5.5 percent and 4.5 percent rates in the two prior weeks to offer a promising indication for consumer momentum going into Black Friday.
