Consumer Comfort Index Unchanged
The consumer comfort index had been bouncing up and down earlier this
month but came in unchanged at 42.9 in the July 24 week. The index was
trending in the low 44 area during June suggesting that Brexit may be
having a measurable yet limited effect on consumer confidence.
